Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although cleanliness could have been better. The service was friendly and responsive, which was a plus. The location was excellent, close to Microsoft Headquarters and beautiful Lake Sammamish, but lacked places to put personal items for families. The dining options were ordinary, and the breakfast could use more hot food. Overall, a good value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I initially had wasn't great, but they were able to move us to a better location on the same floor, which was more comfortable and clean. The breakfast room, however, wasn't as clean as expected.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I wish there were more signs around the hotel. It was very clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, although we couldn't agree on some changes I requested. The location was great, right beside Whole Foods Market and close to Fred Meyer and Target; easy access to stores and a bicycling path. The facilities were decent, with notable amenities. The price was reasonable for what was offered, providing good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable, with clean and quiet rooms that provided good 'white noise' even though it was alongside the freeway. The wet bar setup with a fridge, microwave, and extra sink was a nice addition, but there were some small quarter pint single portions that resulted in some waste.
